Can I try TotalBiller before subscribing?

Do I get the source code?
No. TotalBiller is offered as a hosted subscription. TBS International runs the application on secure servers and provides your team with login access. There is no self-hosting or source code delivery.
How does hosting and access work?
After subscription, TBS provisions your account on our hosted environment. Your team logs in via browser from any device. We handle servers, database, backups, and updates.
Is it multi-location and multi-user?
Yes. Manage business locations, stock transfers, and staff accounts with granular role claims for cashiers, managers, and accountants.
Does it support UAE VAT reporting?
Yes. Output VAT, input VAT, VAT return summaries, and tax registers are built in. Invoices use Tax Invoice / TRN fields aligned with FTA POS requirements.
What happens after 1 year?
Renew your annual subscription at د.إ4,500 + 5% VAT to continue access. TBS will notify you before expiry so your business operations are uninterrupted.
